Harshang
Pandya is working with Agilent Technologies since 2002, having worked on
various roles in R&D and marketing. He led the R&D team that designed
the popular WireScope Pro cross-layer cable tester. He is currently product
planner for broadband deployment testing segment at Agilent Technologies.
Harshang did BE in Electronics from MS University, India in 1992; and MTECH in
Communications Engineering from IIT, Mumbai, India in 1994.

Goh Moh Heng

Dr
Goh Moh Heng is the President of Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Institute. Dr Goh held senior positions with a number of large organizations.
During his career with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, he
was responsible for all aspects of its business continuity and contingency
planning. At Standard Chartered Bank, he saw to the global implementation of
its business continuity management and planning. He also managed the business
continuity practice at PriceWaterhouse(Coopers).
Prior to establishing BCM Institute, he was previously the Executive Director
of Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) Asia, the Asian representation for DRI
International. He was a member of the Certification Commission of DRI
International, US, and was responsible for bringing DRI International's
business continuity professional certification to Asia. Moh Heng founded the
Business Continuity Group, a Technology Industry Chapter of the Singapore
Computer Society, based in Singapore, and was its President from 1996 to 1999.
Moh Heng also headed the development team responsible for developing the
Singapore Standard (SS507:2004) for Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery
(BC/DR) service providers and the Technical Reference (TR19:2005) for Business
Continuity Management in Singapore. Moh Heng is the Senior Advisor to the
Chinese Business Continuity Management Forum, a quasi government agency
responsible for BCM throughout China.
Presently, Dr Goh is also the Managing Director of GMH Continuity Architects
(GMH). GMH's primary areas of expertise, include business continuity
management, disaster recovery planning, contingency planning and crisis
management, GMH has helped many organizations, particularly those operating in
the Asia Pacific Region. Dr Goh holds a doctorate from the University of South
Australia. His thesis explored the development of action learning as a
contributing tool for business continuity. He also holds a Master of Business
in Information Technology and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. Dr Goh attended the
International Management Program at INSEAD Euro-Asia Center, Fontainebleau,
France.
Dr Goh is an Adjunct Associate Professor with Central Queensland University and
a Visiting Fellow to the Graduate College of Management, Southern Cross
University, Australia. He is a Business Continuity Certified Expert (BCCE) from
BCMI, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Fellow of the Business
Continuity Institute (FBCI), UK, and a Certified Business Continuity
Professional (CBCP), US.

organization. He was involved in the compilation of GB/T50312-2000 and GB
50312-2007, which are the Chinese national cabling standards.

Steve
Wallage leads consulting at BroadGroup, and has extensive experience in market
sizing, entry and strategy projects. Steve was the author of the UK DATA
CENTRES REPORT: The Carrier Neutral marketplace published in November 2006.
This provided an exhaustive analysis of the demand and supply factors in the UK
market.
Steve has over 19 years of experience as a technology analyst specializing in
the worldwide telecommunications markets. This includes six years as a
principal analyst at Gartner Group, tracking the voice, data and IP services
markets for the carrier, vendor and financial communities. He has been a
speaker and moderator at numerous industry and vendor events in Asia, Europe
and the US. He is a regular commentator on telecom and IT issues for business
television in the UK.
Steve's career is rooted firmly in analysis. He has worked for a number of
companies, including the Northern Business Information division of McGraw-Hill,
where he managed the European research team. Prior to this, he worked for the
Telematica program, which was owned successively by Logica, Intelidata, and
Romtec. His positions within that group included Voice Networking Analyst,
Business Development Manager and Research Manager. He has also worked for IDC
in Australia and for IBM's marketing department.
Steve has a degree in Business Administration from Bath University, UK.

provides leadership to a broad based technical team providing engineering and
technical support for SYSTIMAX® network infrastructure solutions in the region.
The teams' responsibilities include pre- and post-sales activities, Business
Partner training and auditing of SYSTIMAX installations in support of the
warranty program
James has been involved in sales, marketing and operational roles for
communication solutions working with Tyco Electronics/AMP, Anixter, Canadian
Pacific and TTS in Canada. James has gained extensive experience in the sale of
OEM products, network solutions and value-added services through direct and
indirect channel sales environments. His sales experience includes electronic
transmission components, telephony systems, network systems, LAN infrastructure
products and fibre transmission system products. Prior to joining CommScope in
Canada, he was responsible for the promotion of network infrastructure products
for Tyco Electronics in Eastern Canada. James has also garnered substantial
experience in OEM and Channel marketing as well as network operations as
Assistant Director of CP's computers and communications group.
James graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western
Ontario and is a registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD).

handling the design co-ordination, strategic alliances, business development
and operations. Srinivasan, or Srini (as he is usually addressed), co-founded
Ordyn with a vision to build one of the greatest Telecom OEMs in India to
provide an end-to-end delivery mechanism at an attractive cost for low ARPU
markets.
Prior to Ordyn, Srini headed a joint venture as Executive Director with
Deccanet Designs (now Flextronics Design Limited). A hardcore strategist, Srini
is process-driven and strongly believes in systems and its related functioning.
He was involved from conceptualization right up to putting into production the
telecom product lines for Indian Networks. In addition, he has extensive
experience in design co-ordination and actively participates in architectural
and design reviews.
Srini holds a bachelor's degree in telecommunication engineering. Having worked

Since joining Siemon in 2004, Andy manages training, administration, warranty
and technical support for the region and oversees the support and maintenance
of the IT infrastructure for the Singapore regional office. Being an
experienced cabling instructor in all areas pertaining to Structured Cabling
and Information Transport Systems, Andy also contributes as a speaker at major
regional events.
In addition, Andy is the Deputy Chairman of the Telecommunication Distribution
Technology Technical Working Group in both WorldSkills Singapore 2006 and 2008,
a biennial nation-wide skills competition for Singaporean youths excelling in
technical skills. He sits in the panel of judges and has helped to map out the
testing criteria and procedures for the competition.
Andy holds a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering and has attained the
